This property is located centrally in central Baku. The main attractions like Old Baku city, Nizami Strrl, Boulevard and highland park are at walkable distance. The rooms are super size and so is heart of each staff member. Everyone is eager to help the guests. Specially Mr.Ozxan at the reception. Our request for early check in and late check-out were considered by hotel staff and itvmade our arrival and departure more comfortable. Mr. Ozxan also helped us for money exchange also. and understanding local map Though the buffet breakfast was well spread, but had limited vegetarian options , but the restaurant staff took special efforts to provide us vegetarian breakfast items. The WiFi is available in all the areas and have good speed.

Even with our late booking and early arrival, they found a perfect rooms for us. We appreciate pure hospitality of the Team! Offered breakfast, as we were absolutely exhausted from flight. Attention to every single aspect. Clean and nice rooms, special thanks to housekeepers. Delicious and wide range of food offered for breakfast. The place where cost and quality absolutely matched. We will definitely return back for our next trip to Baku!

A bravo store was right in front of the hotel for any late night snacks/needs. The staff was exceptionally helpful and supportive with anything we might need. Cheerful environment all around. Safar a staff member plus the entire staff made the trip/stay rather comfortable and enjoyable.
